Eligibility Requirements to open account:
Minimum age requirement of 18 years old (you may elect to make this a minor account if you are at least 16 years old - if under 18, joint ownership required.) Change of Rate Frequency: We may change the interest rate on your account every week. Please click here or contact us for current rates. Paper Statement Fee: A $5.00 monthly fee will be charged to receive paper statements. To avoid this fee, enroll in online electronic statements. Account Closure: If you close your account before the interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest. Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit noncash items. Please see one of our customer service representatives for complete disclosure and fee information regarding these accounts.

ATM/Debit Card

Checking accounts are eligible for approval to have an ATM/debit card, securely chipped for your protection and accepted at thousands of merchants and ATM machines nationwide. Standard maximum daily limits are $210 for ATM withdrawals and $500 for POS debit card purchases. Requests for higher limits can be made by calling us 513-734-4445.  When you use your Community Savings Bank debit card, you are protected against fraud with Zero Liability Protection. For additional protection use debit card management in the mobile app to:

Lost/Stolen Card

In the event of any unauthorized use of your Community Savings Bank issued debit card, or if it is lost or stolen, future activity can be blocked by:

  • Signing into the CSB App and tapping Manage my Card*, or
  • Calling the branch at 513-734-4445 or 937-981-3123 during business hours, or
  • Calling 800-554-8969 after business hours

*Card Management must be activated in the App for this option to be available.
