CSB Online

Lost/Stolen Card

In the event of any unauthorized use of your Community Savings Bank issued debit card, or if it is lost or stolen, future activity can be blocked by:

  • Signing into the CSB Online App, tapping My Cards* and setting the toggle switch to Card is Off
  • Calling the branch at 513-734-4445 or 937-981-3123 during business hours, or
  • Calling 800-554-8969 after business hours

*Card Management must be activated in the App for this option to be available.
